MOEMS is MATHEMATICAL OLYMPIADS FOR ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL.
IMPORTANT : You have to complete the google online student registration form to be able to participate in any OMC programs!
Format:
Enrollment: Now until December 15th. Nonrefundable registration fee: $20 (the same for 20 years!).
Late enrollment: December 16th – December 31st Nonrefundable late registration fee: $35.

This competition has a 10 question, multiple choice and short answer type. Questions from the game are taken from pre-calculus math and can include algebra, geometry, trigonometry, probability, combinatorics, math history and logic.
Qualifying round one for the national Championship games was held on September 23, 2017. There are no registration fees.
What is AMC 8?
The AMC 8 is a 25-question, 40-minute, multiple choice examination in middle school mathematics designed to promote the development of problem-solving skills. The AMC 8 provides an opportunity for middle school students to develop positive attitudes towards analytical thinking and mathematics that can assist in future careers. Students apply classroom skills to unique problem-solving challenges in a low-stress and friendly environment.
Math Problem solving contests for teams of up to 35 students in grades 4 through 8.
It is open only to schools, home schools, and institutes (NOT INDIVIDUALS).
HISTORY: Created in 1977 by Dr. George Lenchner, an internationally known math educator, the Math Olympiads went public in 1979. Last year nearly 170,000 students from 6,000 teams worldwide participated in the Olympiads. All 50 states and about 30 other countries were represented.
The AMC 10 is a 25-question, 75-minute, multiple choice examinations in high school mathematics designed to promote the development and enhancement of problem-solving skills.
The AMC 10 is for students in 10th grade and below, and covers the high school curriculum up to 10th grade. Students in grade 10 or below and under 17.5 years of age on the day of the contest can take the AMC 10, even if you are in middle school.

To take the AMC 10 with Orlando Math Circle on February 15th you must do the following:

3. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. There is a $20 fee. You will be contacted after you register with resources for practice and payment. Fee may be waived for those eligible for financial assistance.
11th and 12th graders from anywhere in the United States, including territories and DoDEA schools, may participate. Homeschool and cyberschool students in those areas are also eligible. Teams must be comprised of three to five students and one teacher-coach and a maximum of two teams per high school may register.
